Ohhh Shiny Milotic how come you are so beautiful!? This was done as a part of .. some sort of art trade (I've lost track of what I'm trading it for exactly, we are making too much XD!! ... or he is rather) with 
! I absolutly love her, I wouldn't change one thing, she is perfect in my eyes.
She is 13 inches long stretched out, 4 and a half how she is, and 3 and a half inches tall. Made with Aluminum and wire frame, sculpey clay, and acrylic paint with glaze finish(sparkle glaze in some areas, tail hair and eyes).
I LOVE HER <3 She is my favorite sculpture by far. I hope you enjoy her!!
By the way, her eyes are blue instead of red because they changed her shiny forms eye color in black and white from red to blue. Ta da! :3

Overall Vision Originality
Technique ImpactVery well made, while the hair bits could have been made longer to look nicer in my opinion, it still works well, i see very little art of shiny mitotic so its good. Great painting as well. Especially the eyes, gives a sense of clam. id say the only way to make it better would be a slightly thinner neck or antenna. Also love the use of the rocks and shells as a background.
So in short id say its well made, in a good quality photo, with great painting. The only negative being the thick antenna and hair not being long enough.
